I am Nlaka’pamux from the Siska Indian Band in Lytton, BC. I graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Working with First Nations people has always been a passion of mine and I am honored to work at the All Nations Healing House in Williams Lake.
As an RN on the multi-disciplinary team, my role is providing direct care to clients at all life stages. My focus will be on providing assessments, screening, healthy lifestyle support and education with a goal of improving health outcomes, and facilitating access to services.
When I am not at work I love being outdoors; hiking, backpacking, gardening and hunting. And when the weather is less than perfect you can find me at a local gym working out. I have three amazing grown children and four beautiful grandchildren. I look forward to meeting and working with the people of the Tŝilhqot’in, Dãkelh Dené and Secwépemc First Nations.
